At Coronado Brewing Company, we strive for 100% satisfaction with every brew and piece of gear. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on beer or food items, but we offer a 30-day exchange window for all unworn apparel and non-perishable merchandise.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is non-perishable, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that all sales on alcoholic beverages and food products are final.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our coastal support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or the size swap you require.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Once authorized, securely package your merchandise and ship it back to our San Diego headquarters using the provided return authorization label.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
After we inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
